Our policy:

To our dear customers, please take note:

1. Customized Treats: We take pride in decorating treats especially for you. We do not imitate pictures, but we welcome you to share images for ideas and inspiration. We would like to see what you are looking for, but please understand that we do not simply reproduce designs.

2. Minimum Order Requirement: A minimum order of $200 is applicable for all orders.

3. Advanced Notice and Deposit: We require a 2-week advance notice and a 50% deposit for each order. For weddings or other large events, please place your order at least 30 days prior to the event. All deposits are non-refundable if you cancel less than a week before the scheduled date for normal orders and 10 days for wedding orders., regardless of the reason.

4. Payment Terms: The remaining payment is due 2 days before the scheduled pick-up or delivery date. For wedding orders, the payment is due a week in advance.

5. Delivery Options: We offer delivery services with advance notice. A delivery fee will be applied based on the distance from our location, with a minimum fee of $30. Alternatively, you can pick up your order from our studio in San Jose. Please note that we only deliver within a 15-miles radius of San Jose.

6. Timely Pick-up: When we set a pick-up time, please ensure that you arrive at the agreed-upon time. We typically allow a 30-minute waiting window. If you arrive later than 30 minutes, a $10 charge will be applied for every additional 30 minutes. Kindly understand that is a small  business and out time and team is limited, and please confirm our availability before passing by.

7. Proper Storage: Cakes should be kept cool. In winter, you can keep them outside in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Otherwise, refrigeration is preferable. Please remove the cake from the fridge at least a couple of hours before the event to allow it to return to normal temperature and prevent it from being too cold.

8. Transportation: We recommend placing the cake on a flat surface in your vehicle during transportation. Please remember to keep the cake cool, especially in warm weather.

9. Cake Toppers: If you are providing your own cake topper, please bring it to us at least a couple of days before the scheduled pick-up date.

10. Variations in Design: We will make every effort to provide the decoration, size, shape, and colors you request. However, please understand that all our creations are considered art and may be subject to slight variations.
