Sweet Treats SJ Refund Policy 


1. Custom Orders & Refund Eligibility

All our cakes and desserts are custom-made to order, so we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless:  

- The product is damaged upon delivery/pickup (must report within 1 hour).  

- The product deviates significantly from the agreed-upon design (e.g., wrong colors, flavors, or structural issues).  

- You are unhappy with the product and notify us the day of your event(see "Refund Process" below).  


No refunds will be issued if:

- You change your mind after the 14-day lockout period (see Cancellation Policy).  


- The cake is damaged due to improper handling (e.g., heat, transportation after pickup).

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:  

1. Contact us immediately(day of the event) via phone/text at (669) 201-3632


2. Provide photos/video of the issue (e.g., damaged cake, incorrect design).  


3. Return the uneaten cake/desserts to us for inspection (if applicable).  


If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Cancellations

- 14+ days before event:Full refund.  

- Within 14 days:No refunds (custom orders are finalized and ingredients purchased).

4. Non-Refundable Situations

- Minor design variations (e.g., slight color differences due to edible materials).  

- Customer dissatisfaction with "inspiration" cakes(we create original designs, not exact replicas).  

- Cakes exposed to heat/mishandling after delivery.

5. How We Resolve Issues

We guarantee to:  

- Fix urgent errors (e.g., misspelled names) if contacted immediately.  

- Offer discounts or store credit for minor issues (case-by-case basis).
