1. Custom Orders & Refund Eligibility
All our cakes and desserts are custom-made to order, so we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless: Â
- The product is damaged upon delivery/pickup (must report within 1 hour). Â
- The product deviates significantly from the agreed-upon design (e.g., wrong colors, flavors, or structural issues). Â
- You are unhappy with the product and notify us the day of your event(see "Refund Process" below). Â
No refunds will be issued if:
- You change your mind after the 14-day lockout period (see Cancellation Policy). Â
- The cake is damaged due to improper handling (e.g., heat, transportation after pickup). Â

- Customer dissatisfaction with "inspiration" cakes(we create original designs, not exact replicas). Â
